Tito has been a nickname that has stuck with me throughout culinary school and into the kitchen. When my nephew was born, it became Uncle Tito. Growing up north of Boston, we would take the 426 into Chinatown and explore the unique offerings. Chili crunch was one of my first discoveries that has stuck with me. Chili crunch is just our first pantry item, we have other condiments up our sleeves. In addition Uncle Tito also offers catering, meal plans, private chef services and classes.
